Most Sane Studios LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you play Weavs and how we use it.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to make the game work.

Data You Provide: If you report another player, we collect the report details and your User ID. If you contact us for support, we collect your email address and message content.

Automatically Collected Data: When you play Weavs, we (and our service providers) automatically collect your Meta User ID (a unique string of numbers, not your real name), IP Address (used briefly for server connection), Device Information (headset type), and Gameplay Stats (matches played, cosmetics owned).

2. Voice Chat Data

Weavs features real-time voice chat. Voice data is transmitted in real-time between players. We do not record or store voice chat conversations on our servers. However, we may use automated tools or moderator observation in public lobbies to detect toxic behavior.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

  • Enable multiplayer connections.
  • Save your inventory and progress.
  • Analyze crash reports and bugs to improve the game.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service (bans/moderation).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers who host our servers (such as Photon or PlayFab) solely to provide the game service, or if required by law to protect the safety of our users.

5. Children’s Privacy

Weavs is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data. To request deletion, please email us at the contact address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Meta User ID (found in the game settings menu).
